Deleting a document says what it does

Delete dialogs say only what removal does, a document no longer looks finished while PlotLens is still reading it, and old team links explain they are retired.

Fixed

The delete dialogs on the Documents page and on a document’s own page no longer say the document and its story elements are permanently deleted and cannot be undone. They now say only that notes you already accepted stay in your book.
On the Documents page and the upload page, a document no longer reads as finished as soon as its story elements are found. It stays in progress, and the “Document processing complete” message waits until PlotLens has finished reading it.
Opening an old team link that used only a team ID no longer adds you to the team. The page explains the link is no longer supported and tells you to ask for a new email invitation. Invitations sent by email work as before.
