More accurate check progress
Progress is more accurate for checks that report individual story facts: replies saying the passage agrees need a verified quote to advance progress.
Fixed
- When checks report results for individual story facts, replies saying the passage agrees no longer advance progress without a verified quote.
- Checks no longer count skipped groups of story facts as having been sent for checking.
